  Very old outdated hotel, our room was very basic booked a family room for $170 and it only had 2 towels and one spare pillow in the cupboard old bouncy beds with roll together, bathroom door needs all your body weight to slide it as it gets stuck / broken?? expected more for the price. Just missing small touches likes restaurant menus in the compendium, extra towels and pillows. Feeling abit ripped off with the price :( only positives I can find about this place is the girl who checked us in was nice, the dedicated makeup facecloth (great idea) and the built in storage thing to hold suitcase. It's better than camping but not worth what we paid!

  God location for an overnight between Queenstown & Christchurch.
  
  No air conditioning in rooms & no fans but if you're upstairs at least you can open a window. If the weather is nice lots of outdoors seating.
  
  Buffet restaurant 3 courses NZ $ 30 good selection.
